SALON POLICIES:
– All services are by appointment only
– 48 hour cancellation notice required
– Forms of payment: Cash, Checks, Credit Card/PayPal (Please note: a 3% convenience fee is added to all credit card/PayPal transactions)
– Returns: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it or received it (if bought on-line). To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unopened and unused and in the same condition you received it & the item(s) must be in the original packaging. Exchanges/Refunds: Once your item is received, it will be inspected. If your return is approved (that it is not damaged & has not been opened or used), you may do an exchange or receive a refund to your credit card or original method of payment (minus the cost of handling/shipping if bought on-line). CBD Daily Serums, Creams & Oral Drops are not returnable. There are no refunds on any services.
