Appointments

D’MAZ Lifestyle Salon is a personal, private, studio hair and wellness salon. For the privacy and relaxation of a client receiving services – consultations, hair and wellness services are by appointment only ~ No walk-in’s please. If you, or someone you know is in need of an appointment, please call the salon tel:(216) 292-4247 or email: dmazsalon@gmail.com. If a day/time is not available that you desire, please allow Denise the opportunity & time to accommodate your requests. It is recommended that you plan ahead and book your next appointment before leaving the salon.  If you cannot be accommodated on the date or time you need, I can gladly put your name on a waiting list and contact you if something should open up.

Children

D’MAZ Lifestyle Salon is a private, studio salon designed for men & women to receive personalized hair and/or wellness services in relaxing and stress free environment. Please, for your enjoyment here and the enjoyment of others, I ask you not to bring babies and children to the studio.

Sick Policy

In an effort to maintain a healthy Salon environment, I ask that of you are sick (which includes a cold, stomach “bug”, fever, the flu, etc.), that you please contact me to reschedule your appointment. If you arrive at the Salon with symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to leave and reschedule. This is for your well being as well as the health of myself and of other clients that may be receiving services in the Salon at the time of your visit. Full charges will apply for your reserved scheduled time if you are asked to leave and reschedule when you are well. Thank you for your understanding!

Canceling/Rescheduling

Thank you for understanding that I make my living by reserving time especially for you. Due to the length of most appointments (2 hours or more), I require 48 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This courtesy allows me to give your reserved time to another client that would like to come in. Notice less than 48 hours is subject to a service fee. Forgotten, no-show, or last minute cancellations (24 hours or less) not due to an illness or family emergency will be charged the reserved time full service price.

On-time Importance – Late Policy

I make every effort to schedule enough time for each appointment so as to be on time for yours. Please arrive at the salon in enough time (at least 10 minutes) prior to your appointment to use the rest room, change into a smock, and relax! Please call if you are running a bit behind. If you arrive later than the 10 minutes for your appointment, it will be at the discretion of Denise to start and complete your scheduled service so as to be on-time for the appointments following. Full charges will apply for your reserved scheduled time even if a service cannot be completed.

I Aim To Please!

I am here to serve you and make your experience at D’MAZ Lifestyle Salon a pleasant one, and to offer you the opportunity to relax and de-stress. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, a call (216) 292-4247 or email dmazsalon@gmail.com to Denise must be made within 3 days. If you need your hair redone, you must come into the salon within 7 days of the service. After 7 days regular fees will apply.

Payments/Fees/Refunds

D’MAZ Lifestyle Salon will only accept payment by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or gift certificate. There is a 3% convenience fee added to all credit card transactions.  Returned checks are subject to a $40 fee. Currently at this time, there are no refunds or exchanges on any retail products. CBD Daily Serums, Creams & Oral Drops are not returnable. Thank you for your understanding.

A Little Convenience

Enjoy a variety of hot teas, bottled spring water, a healthy treat, popular magazines or a book from Denise’s small wellness library! (Currently suspended at this time.)

Smocks

Changing smocks are provided. D’MAZ Lifestyle Salon / Denise Zingale will not be responsible for any damage to clothing (tops/shirts/etc.) or jewelry (necklaces/earrings/etc.) that has been chosen to be left on during any service.

Disclosure/Privacy/Safety

Please inform me of any medical conditions or changes in medications and/or supplement programs so I may update your confidential profile for safe, consistent recommendations and results.

Gift Certificate & Gift Basket Policy

Gift Certificates are non-transferable and non refundable. They must be used by the person they were purchased for. Gift Certificates expire one (1) year from the date they were purchased. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, gratuities or products. Gift Baskets are paid in full and in advance. No returns, exchanges, or refunds once gift basket(s) is made.
