The smell of lavender. Calming, soothing and beautifully fragrant. This is a popular flower and essential oil that is commonly found in most households. Diffusing lavender in the evening is a perfect way to unwind from a busy day, and especially before bed, can have an overall calming effect, relieve nervous tension and can help aid in sleep.
Lavender is particularly great for women who are suffering from PMS or going through menopause.
